Bottomless Brunch — Terms of Participation

By participating in the Bottomless Brunch offering, guests agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before booking.

This offering is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. Valid photo ID may be required upon entry. The Establishment reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guest unable to provide satisfactory proof of age.

1.0

Age Verification

Alcohol will only be served to guests who are 18 years of age or older. The Establishment operates a Challenge 25 policy. Guests who appear to be under the age of 25 may be asked to produce valid photographic proof of age prior to the service of any alcoholic beverage. Accepted forms of ID include a valid passport, UK driving licence, or PASS-accredited proof of age card. The Establishment reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who is unable to provide satisfactory identification, and no refund or partial refund shall be due in such circumstances.

Duration & Session Limits

The Bottomless Brunch offering is strictly limited to a period of ninety (90) minutes commencing from the time of the confirmed reservation. No extension to the session duration will be granted except at the sole discretion of management.

3.0

Dine-in Only

All food and beverage items provided under this offering are for on-premises consumption only. Guests are expressly prohibited from removing any food or beverages from the premises. The Establishment accepts no liability for any food or drink taken off-site.

4.0

Ordering Procedure

Guests may place subsequent orders for food or beverages only upon completion of the immediately preceding order. Orders placed prior to the full consumption or clearance of existing items may be declined at the discretion of serving staff.

5.0

Food Wastage & Additional Charges

Excessive food wastage is not permitted. In the event that staff reasonably determine that a guest has left an unreasonable quantity of food unconsumed, the Establishment reserves the right to apply a supplementary charge to the guest's bill. The level of such charge shall be determined at the sole discretion of management.

6.0

Included Beverages

The offering includes a selection of wines, beers, mocktails, and spritz cocktails as determined by the Establishment from time to time. The Establishment makes no warranty as to the permanent availability of any specific beverage. Guests are advised to enquire with a member of staff regarding the current selection prior to ordering. The Establishment reserves the right to amend, substitute, or withdraw any beverage from the offering without prior notice.

7.0

Responsible Service of Alcohol

The Establishment operates in compliance with applicable licensing laws and regulations. Management and staff reserve the right, without liability, to refuse or discontinue the service of alcohol to any guest who, in the reasonable opinion of staff, appears to be intoxicated, is behaving in a disorderly or inappropriate manner, or whose continued service would be contrary to the Establishment's obligations under applicable law. No refund or partial refund shall be due in such circumstances.

8.0

Full Table Participation

All guests seated at the table must individually participate in the Bottomless Brunch offering. Mixed bookings combining Bottomless Brunch participants with guests on standard menus are not permitted. The Establishment reserves the right to decline service under this offering where this condition is not met.

9.0

Amendments & Variation

The Establishment reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend, vary, or withdraw any element of the Bottomless Brunch offering — including but not limited to menu items, available beverages, pricing, and these terms — at any time and without prior notice to guests.

Governing Law. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
